nvALT 2.2.6 (124) because 123 is never enough

There’s a quick update for nvALT available. These things do seem to happen in multiples. It corrects a little mistake in the handling of the menu bar item in 10.9.5. Most people probably didn’t even notice it. I sure didn’t.

It does contain what may be my best Sparkle update notification work ever, though, so enjoy that.
